Who we are

Uonfly is a brand operated by Uvaree Group LLC ("we", "us", "Uonfly"), registered in Wyoming, USA. Mailing address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Contact: hello@uonfly.com.

By buying or using a Uonfly eSIM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What we sell

We sell prepaid data-only eSIM plans for use on compatible mobile devices in supported countries. Plans give you cellular internet access for a fixed amount of data and time. They do not include a phone number, voice calls, or SMS.

Coverage, speeds, and network partners are listed on each product page. We don't operate the underlying networks — we resell capacity from licensed local carriers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to buy a plan. You must own or have permission to use the device you install the eSIM on.

How activation works

After payment, we email you a QR code (and a manual install code as backup). Installation puts the eSIM profile on your device. Activation — when validity starts counting — happens when your device first connects to a supported local network in the destination country.

Some plans activate on first install instead. The product page tells you which model applies.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency available to your region. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (availability may vary by region).

All prices include applicable VAT/GST where required. We don't charge hidden fees, recurring subscriptions, or auto-renewals unless you explicitly opt in.

Fair use & throttling

On Unlimited plans, fair use applies: high-speed data is capped at 2 GB per day, after which speed reduces to 1 Mbps for the rest of the day, resetting at midnight local time. This is disclosed on the product page before purchase.

On standard GB plans, you get the full data allowance at full speed until exhausted, then service stops. No surprise throttling.

Refunds & cancellation

See our Refund Policy for the full breakdown. Short version: unused eSIMs refundable within 30 days; eSIMs that didn't work for technical reasons we couldn't fix are fully refundable; activated and used eSIMs are non-refundable per industry standard.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use Uonfly for: illegal activities, sending spam or unsolicited communications, attempting to bypass network restrictions, large-scale automated traffic, or anything that violates the laws of the country you're in.

We reserve the right to suspend service without refund if these terms are breached.

Service availability

We work hard to keep service stable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted coverage. Local network outages, technical issues, or governmental restrictions may cause temporary downtime. In those cases, we'll credit affected users on a case-by-case basis.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., missed flights, lost business, replacement SIM costs).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or anything that can't legally be limited.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. We're GDPR-compliant for EU users and CCPA-compliant for California users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers and posted here at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants you a different forum.
